Unfortunately, the award is less than prestigious and was selected by another unappreciative fool like yourself, leaving plenty of room for your winning comment to be flawed. Firstly, Photo of the Day is an emphasis on photography. If the picture was fantastic and involved riding in any way, shape, or form, it would be qualified. Obviously you have no appreciation for photography; you should know, however, that it is an art form. Mr. Highlands and all of the photographers who have won and will win PoD are ARTISTS. Secondly, do you honestly feel you can complain about the riding in this photo? Would you really call that anything but outstanding? If yes, I would love to see you attempt it and impale yourself on an out of focus branch right on a perfect third.

Those new Fox 40s look fantastic. And the photo is quite well balanced as well; it's a shame that other bike is in the background.
